Whether your background is in massage therapy, naturopathy, chiropractic, bodywork, or another healing modality, this training offers practical tools that can deepen your understanding of what the body is requiring for health and how to support it more skillfully.

At the heart of this work is the art and science of muscle testing, also known as Applied Kinesiology. Developed from chiropractic roots and translated into broader wellness education through Touch for Health, this approach helps practitioners assess what the body may require rather than relying on, 'familiar knowledge', personal intuition, or guesswork alone.
